Feeding Time

I couldn't tell if the grey skull was looking at me or looking through me. This deep staring went on for a long time. How long I'm not exactly sure, but I began to rethink my decision. I tried to slowly back away to the safety and security of the pink bubble. However, before I had the chance to take a step, the red mist surrounded me. It held me tightly like a boa constrictor squeezing the life out it's prey. The grey skull opened its jaw wide. The red mist pulled me close. It lifted me high in the air. It dangled me there for a few minutes before finally dropping me into the jaws of the hungry, grey skull.
